Easter is the source and summit of all other feasts within the liturgical year. All other feasts must be seen in light of Easter and all other feasts prepare us to experience Easter in its fullness. Many of us behave as though the high point of our lives is in Lent, but we are Easter people and we must understand the meaning of this great feast and how it applies to our everyday lives.
